1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OptimumListing at optimumlisting.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

OptimumListing is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze, score, and optimize Etsy product listings. The service connects to your Etsy shop via Etsy's official OAuth API and provides listing scores, AI-generated rewrites, competitor analysis, and optimization recommendations.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use OptimumListing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan (Pro or Business), you authorize OptimumListing to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: reverse-engineering the AI algorithms, using the service to violate Etsy's terms of service, scraping or redistributing data from the platform, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

OptimumListing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI recommendations will result in increased sales or improved rankings. In no event shall OptimumListing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
